Bradley C. Schreiber

Bradley Schreiber is the president of Homeland Security Solutions. Mr. Schreiber has over 20 years of experience working in all three branches of the government and the private sector. Mr. Schreiber works closely with Federal, state and local homeland security decision makers and first responders; Congress; the White House; the Departments of Homeland Security, Justice and Defense; the Intelligence Community and private industry. He is also a subject matter expert in emergency management, cybersecurity, counterterrorism, public-private partnerships and port security.

Prior to forming Homeland Security Solutions, Mr. Schreiber was the Vice President of Washington Operations for the Applied Science Foundation for Homeland Security. The Foundation is a nonprofit organization that brings together, and works with, the public, private and academic sectors to develop first responder-driven homeland security solutions. Michael A. Edberg, CFA

In his role as Vice President, Mr. Edberg leads Homeland Security Solutions’ Financial and Technology Services Group which supports the strategic growth of start-ups and small and medium businesses operating in the homeland security and national security space. Mr. Edberg has over 18 years international finance experience working for the International Finance Corporation and MicroVest Capital Management. He is also the Founder and Managing Member of J.M. Edberg Investment Management and he serves as an advisor to the Conscious Venture Lab, the Accelerator of the David B. Wolfe Institute for Conscious Entrepreneurship.

Prior to joining Homeland Security Solutions, Mr. Edberg was the Managing Director, Investments at MicroVest Capital Management from 2008-2012. At MicroVest, Michael supervised three regional managers and a staff of eight investment officers and analysts, overseeing an annual department budget of about $1.2 million. Responsibilities included developing the investment strategy, annual and semi-annual investment goals, managing the pipeline and evaluating team member performance. [See Full Bio]

Karl Perman serves as Director at Homeland Security Solutions. As a former law enforcement officer and well-respected security professional, Mr. Perman brings over 30-years of critical infrastructure, business protection, compliance, risk management and law enforcement experience to his role. Working closely with businesses, utilities and government agencies, as well as the first responder community, he assists with the development and implementation of strategic, value-added solutions which advance the broad mission of addressing the needs of the homeland security enterprise and critical infrastructures therein. Richard A. Rotanz

Mr. Richard Rotanz serves as Director at Homeland Security Solutions (HSS). In his role as Director, Mr. Rotanz supports our Resiliency and Disaster Management Services program and Critical Infrastructure and First Responder Team (CIFRT). In addition, he leads the company’s business development, strategy and marketing efforts in the Northeast region.

Mr. Rotanz has over 40 years of experience in the emergency management field, research and development sector and academia. Most recently, he served as the Executive Director of the Applied Science Found for Homeland Security. The Foundation is a nonprofit organization that brings together, and works with, the public, private and academic sectors to develop first responder-driven homeland security solutions. Mark A. Tanner

Mr. Tanner leads the firm’s first responder and critical infrastructure group. This nationwide team is made up of Federal, state and local first responders and representatives from the critical infrastructure community. Mr. Tanner leads this group which reviews new and emerging technologies and determines their market viability. Mr. Tanner has a 23-year career in law enforcement and has held a variety of positions in several technology companies. During his time in the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), Mr. Tanner achieved the rank of Senior Executive Service. Upon his retirement, he was the Director of the Foreign Terrorist Tracking Task Force (FTTTF). [See Full Bio]
