BRADLEY C. SCHREIBER
PRESIDENT
Bradley Schreiber is the president of Homeland Security Solutions. Mr. Schreiber has over 20 years of experience working in all three branches of the government and the private sector. Mr. Schreiber works closely with Federal, state and local homeland security decision makers and first responders; Congress; the White House; the Departments of Homeland Security, Justice and Defense; the Intelligence Community and private industry. He is also a subject matter expert in emergency management, cybersecurity, counterterrorism, public-private partnerships and port security.
Prior to forming Homeland Security Solutions, Mr. Schreiber was the Vice President of Washington Operations for the Applied Science Foundation for Homeland Security. The Foundation is a nonprofit organization that brings together, and works with, the public, private and academic sectors to develop first responder-driven homeland security solutions. In his role as Vice President he served as its principal policy, government affairs and legal advisor.
Before joining the Foundation, Mr. Schreiber served as a senior advisor for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Among his many responsibilities, he was a policy and operations advisor for both domestic and foreign programs. Mr. Schreiber’s domestic assignments included the U.S. Southwest Border, Northern Border and maritime borders. His international assignments included Afghanistan, the Caribbean and Central and South America. He also served as a representative on several Departmental and interagency working groups and on international U.S. Government delegations. In addition, Mr. Schreiber worked closely with the White House and National Security Staff, Members of Congress and congressional staff, foreign governments, other domestic and international homeland security/defense and intelligence agencies and the private sector.
Immediately prior to joining the Department, Mr. Schreiber spent over twelve years on Capitol Hill working for several Members of Congress and a House committee. He was responsible for, among other things, homeland security and national security policy. He has also been associated with the U.S. Court of International Trade and the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Schreiber is a licensed attorney who graduated from New York Law School in 2001 and is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the State Bar of New Jersey. He is also a Fellow at the Center for Infrastructure Protection and Homeland Security, George Mason University School of Law.
He has been published in the New York Times, Baltimore Sun, Atlanta Journal Constitution and Homeland Security Today. He has also appeared on various TV and radio shows, such as BBC America, CNBC, Bloomberg News, Comcast Newsmakers, 1010 WINS, Federal News Radio, POTUS on XM Radio and ABC News Radio, and is frequently quoted in print media, such as the Associated Press and Congressional Quarterly.
